Bandera Christmas Dinner Needs Help
Volunteers are needed for the Bandera Family Christmas Dinner. Anyone interested can call (607) 231-0706.
Dinners at American Legion Post 80 in Binghamton and the Boys and Girls Club in Endicott take place from noon to 3 on Christmas Day.
Bill Bandera Junior says it costs close to $10,000 between cash and food donations to put on the dinners.
This year, it was announced that Security Mutual Life, Sunstream, Tioga State Bank, BAE Systems and National Pipe and Plastics have all made donations.
The tradition of free Christmas dinners began in 1989 with Bill Bandera Senior and Carolyn.
