ATM Targeted Again in Tioga County

Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Tioga County Sheriff’s officials are investigating a burglary at the Visions Federal Credit Union at the intersection of State Route 38 and 38B in Newark Valley early Saturday, March 12.

Surveillance video shows two men entering the lobby area and attempting to break into the automatic teller machine.

On February 15, a man is seen on surveillance film trying to break into the ATM at the Mirabito station on Route 79 in the Town of Richford.  In both cases, the suspects are wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts, but it’s not known if the two incidents may be related.
