Apalachin Man Jailed on Sex Abuse Charge

An Apalachin man is accused of forcibly subjecting a victim to sexual contact and causing physical injury.

New York State Police say 51-year-old Glen Ryburn is charged with felony counts of sexual abuse and criminal contempt as well as misdemeanor assault.

State Police in Owego arrested Ryburn on November 2^nd after the alleged attack was reported at a home in the Town of Owego the previous day.

Ryburn was sent to the Tioga County Jail without bail.
