Apalachin Man Arrested After Town of Owego Crash
Authorities say a Tioga County man faces charges following a vehicle crash in Apalachin.
According to New York State Police, 63-year-old Terence Dooling of Apalachin was arrested early Thursday evening.
Investigators say Dooling was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He also was cited for other traffic violations.
Police say Dooling's blood alcohol content was measured at 0.25 percent, more than three times the legal limit.
The arrest occurred following a crash on Tioga Boulevard. Dooling was issued tickets returnable to Owego town court on March 15.
