Tompkins County man is facing a long list of charges, including 11 felony counts, after a two-month-long investigation into heroin sales in the region.

New York State Police say 33 year old Devon Miller of Trumansburg is charged with two felony counts each of criminal sale of heroin, criminal possession of cocaine and heroin with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance as well as four felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon, felony criminal possession of stolen property and misdemeanor criminal impersonation, nuisance, using drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Troopers say a search of Miller’s home on Hector Street resulted in the seizure of about 2.6 ounces of heroin, a half ounce of crack cocaine, two ounces of powder cocaine, marijuana, a drug scale, packaging material, a bullet proof vest, over $8,500 in cash, three loaded handguns, one that was defaced, and a Sport Utility Vehicle.

Officers say two of the guns had been reported stolen in Tompkins County.

Miller was sent to the Tompkins County Jail without bail.
