A Windsor man is accused of driving drunk when Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies saw his car making a turn onto the Interstate 81 South ramp at Exit 6 while ignoring a red light arrow shortly after 11 p.m. Sunday, May 22.

Deputies say 44 year old Sean Carlin admitted having several large glasses of beer earlier in the night.

Carlin is charged with driving while intoxicated and failing to stop for a steady red arrow.

Authorities say Carlin refused to submit to a breathalyzer test.

He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Chenango Court at a later date.
