Windsor Man Accused of Crashing Into a Construction Zone

New York State Police say a Windsor man is accused of almost running over workers on a road crew after plowing through a closed construction safety area and driving over traffic cones.

40 year old Travis Riley is charged with reckless endangerment, menacing and several state vehicle and traffic law violations.

The incident happened June 17 on State Route 38B in the Town of Maine.

Riley was ticketed and ordered to appear in Town of Maine Court next month.
