Binghamton University's leading scorer, Willie Rodriguez, has been named Co-Player of the Week in America East.  Rodriguez set a new career- high scoring mark with 27 points against Central Connecticut State on November 24 and hit for 26 points versus Boston University on Saturday.  He recorded his fourth career double-double against Boston University when he grabbed 10 rebounds to go with 26 points.

Rodriguez added 8 rebounds per game and shot .630 going 17 - 27 in the two games.  A member of last year's America East All-Rookie Team, Rodriguez has keyed the BU offense this season averaging 18.4 points per game.

Rodriguez shares the weekly honor with Stony Brook's Jameel Warney who averaged 17.5 points per game  and 11.5 rebounds in two games last week.  Warney shot an incredible 82.4 percent from the field, making 14-17 shots.
