Waverly Police Name a Suspect in Mobil Meth Lab Discovery
Waverly Police now have a name to go along with the discovery of a mobile methamphetamine lab in a crashed Jeep in the Village April 14.
Authorities say they are looking for Joshua Donahue who has ties to a number of communities including Spencer, Ithaca and Rome in New York and the Sayre/Athens area in Pennsylvania.
Warrants have been issued for felony criminal manufacture of methamphetamine, criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of precursors to meth.
Officials say the red Jeep was seen at around 1:30 a.m. Monday speeding through the Village starting in the area of Chemung Street and was found, crashed in a yard on Waverly Street.
Police say they found items associated with a one-pot meth lab in the vehicle.
