Waverly Man Accused of Sex Abuse

A Waverly man is accused of having sexual contact with a 10 year old girl in Gillett, Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania State Police say 65 year old Rance Soule is charged with felony counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corruption of minors in connection with an incident that allegedly happened between March 22nd and 23rd.

Soule was sent to the Bradford County Correctional Facility on $75,000 bail.
