Officials in the Village of Johnson City say some Village Water customers may not have gotten their current bill due to a mailing issue.

The United States Post Office has informed the Village that it has experienced a sorting issue with the October Water/Sewer/Refuse bills.

Johnson City Water customers who have not received a bill should call the Water Department at (607) 797-2523, option #1.

Residents who received a portion of the bill can bring that part to the Village Clerk's office at 243 Main Street.  Once the Bill is paid, the clerk's office will supply a reprint bill to be used as a payment receipt.
