New York State Police say they found a Vestal woman was driving with a blood alcohol level at more than twice the legal limit when she crashed into a guiderail and drove off Interstate 88 in Chenango County March 12.

Trooper responded to a report of a crash at 3:13 a.m. on I88 in Bainbridge.

Authorities say 24 year old Bernadette Kalsky wasn’t hurt in the crash, but she was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Troopers say they measured her blood alcohol level at .21%.

She’s been ordered to appear in Town of Bainbridge Court later this month.
