Vestal Man Accused of Possessing Child Porn

A Vestal man is accused of distributing child pornography.

U.S. Attorney Richard Hartunian says 50 year old Nathan Boguhn is accused of using a computer in his home to possess and distribute child porn.

Boguhn faces a minimum of five years and a maximum of 20 years to life in prison plus post-release supervison if he is found guilty.

Boguhn would also have to register as a sex offender.

A bail hearing is set for later this week in Syracuse.
