Two Women are Arrested Again For Drug Dealing

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force says they confiscated 356 packets of heroin in a search of a Grand Avenue, Johnson City apartment.

31 year old Angela Tippett of Syracuse is charged with felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance as well as using drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession.

22 year old Melody Anderson, who lives in the apartment, is also charged with felony criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance and using drug paraphernalia.

In addition to the heroin, authorities say they seized narcotics packaging, marijuana and around $2,300 believed to be the proceeds from drug dealing.

Both Tippett and Anderson had previous arrests for selling heroin.

The women were sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
