Members of the Broome County Sheriff's Office and the United States Marshal's regional fugitive task force took two fugitives from Pennsylvania into custody early today.

Authorities say 52-year-old Orlando Rivera was found at a residence on South Duane Avenue in West Endicott.

The second man, 37-year-old James Milligan, was taken into custody at a residence on Stevens Road in the town of Binghamton.

Broome County sheriff's detective Sergeant Jason Ellis says Rivera and Milligan were wanted on arrest warrants issued in Wyoming County. They're accused of conspiracy to deliver, manufacture or possess a controlled substance.

Ellis says the men were taken into custody between 8:20 and 9:00 this morning.

Rivera and Milligan were arraigned in Dickinson town court and sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
