Troy, PA Man Killed in Crash on Route 6

Kathy Whyte/WNBF News [file][/caption]Pennsylvania State Police say a Bradford County man died in a two-vehicle crash at 11:38 a.m. November 10 on State Route 6 in Columbia Township.

Authorities say 88 year old Hanes Schucker of Troy was killed when his vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane and hit a pickup truck driven by 23 year old Dustin Pedro of Laceyville.

Troopers say Shucker, Pedro and a passenger in Pedro’s truck: 29 year old Christopher Chandler of Wysox were all unbuckled.  Pedro was not hurt but Chandler suffered moderate but non-life threatening injury.

The crash is still under investigation.
