New York State Police accused a Long Island man and a Delaware County teen of trying to get their Halloween costume supplies without paying for them.

October 30, Troopers from Oneonta arrested 20 year old Jack Miller of Dix Hills, Long Island and 19 year old Gregory O’Bryan of East Meredith for Petit Larceny.

Officials say they arrested the two at different times when each allegedly tried to swipe items from the Wal-Mart on State Route 23 in Oneonta.

Investigators accused Miller of attempting to leave the store with $207.72 worth of Halloween stuff and O’Bryan of walking past the cash registers without paying for $96.61 worth of costume-related items.
