No charges are filed so far in connection with a shooting in the town of Union September 25.

New York State Police say an altercation between 50 year old Timothy Mancini and four others resulted in Mancini being wounded on Carl Street at 3:58 p.m.

Four men were questioned but no one has been charged.

Mancini was released from the hospital after being treated for his injuries.

The Broome County Sheriff’s office is also assisting in the investigation.
