Town of Union Residents Sleep While Teen Robs Their Home

A Broome County teen is being charged with felony burglary in connection with a break-in at an occupied home in the Town of Union overnight June 23.

17 year old Daquan Floyd, who is currently on probation for similar burglaries in Endicott, is accused of entering the home and stealing money and electronics while the owners were asleep upstairs.

Following up on leads, Broome County Sheriff’s Detectives located Floyd at a home on Watson Boulevard in the Town of Union June 24 and took him into custody.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
