Tompkins County Man Charged for Tattooing Girlfriend

A 23 year old Ithaca man is facing charges for allegedly tattooing his 15 year old girlfriend with a homemade tattoo gun at a home in Candor.

New York State Police say Joshua George is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and tattooing a child under the age of 18.

He's been ordered to appear in Town of Candor Court at a later date.
