Three men were accused of drunken driving as a result of a Saint Patrick's Parade Day DWI checkpoint in Vestal.

The detail on the Vestal Parkway near the Binghamton city line was operated by the Broome County sheriff's office and town police.

Authorities say 44-year-old John Brauer of Endicott was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .18 percent.

Also arrested at the checkpoint were 24-year-old Thomas Ellerson of Whitney Point and 21-year-old Peter Reilly of Vestal. They were charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent.
