The annual Binghamton Community Thanksgiving Dinner takes place November 24 at Binghamton High School.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and dinner is being served until 2 p.m. for anyone who wants it.

Organizers have stressed the meal is for the entire community. Even though some people participating may be in need, there are many other who are elderly, no family in the area or just want to talk to neighbors.

Shuttle buses run by First Student are running from Franklin Elementary School and the Greater Binghamton Transportation Center starting at 11 and North Shore Towers and First Ward Senior Center Starting at 11:15.
