New charges are reportedly being filed against a former congressional candidate accused of plotting to burn down an Islamic community in Delaware County.

The members of a Delaware County Islamic community that was threatened last year by a group saying it would bomb Islamberg in Hancock is filing a civil lawsuit against alleged conspirator Robert Doggart.
