Voters in school districts all across the region are giving the thumbs up to their individual budget plans by fairly wide margins.

Districts had to submit ledgers that keep any tax levy increase under a state-set two percent margin or have to obtain a super-majority in order to pass a budget.

In several districts, other proposals were up for a vote, including the purchase of buses and funding for public libraries in Apalachin and Hillcrest.  Those proposals also passed.
