Richford Man Admits Child Porn Possession

A Tioga County man is being held in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service after being arrested for allegedly receiving and possessing child pornography.

Authorities say 55 year old Timothy Deuel of Richford admitted to federal investigators that he had downloaded child pornography for ‘the last couple of years.’

Deuel had an earlier conviction in 1989 for misdemeanor sexual misconduct. That incident reportedly involved Duel having sex with a 15 year old girl on multiple occasions.
