A 37-year-old man faces driving while intoxicated and other charges following an early-morning traffic stop in the village of Port Dickinson.

Authorities say Neil Wesley of Port Dickinson was pulled over by a Broome County sheriff's deputy on Phelps Street at about 12:15 a.m. Wednesday. Wesley allegedly ran a stop sign.

Police say Wesley's blood alcohol content was measured at 0.14 percent.

In addition to DWI, Wesley was charged with operating with a blood alcohol content over 0.08 percent and refusing to submit to a pre-screen breath device. He also was cited for passing a stop sign and driving an uninspected vehicle.

Wesley was issued appearance tickets for Dickinson town court.
