A Port Crane man is charged with drunk driving after Broome County Sheriff’s officials responded to a crash on Route 79 near Squirrel Hill Road in the Town of Fenton on New Year’s Day.

Authorities say they found a car had left the road and became stuck in a guard rail.  Authorities say they measured 52 year old James Kiddy’s blood alcohol level at .21%.

He’s charged with felony driving with a blood alcohol content at more than .18%, felony DWI with a prior conviction in the last ten years and moving from a lane unsafely.
