Investigators say Potter was arrested after police executed a search warrant at his residence around dawn on Wednesday.

Police say more than three ounces of liquid methamphetamine and one gram of powder methamphetamine were seized. Officials say liquid anabolic steroids, packaging materials and scales also were confiscated.

Firth Street - a short dead-end street east of Page Avenue - was closed for several hours while police collected evidence. A special team was called to remove potentially-hazardous materials from the home.

Potter was arraigned in Endicott village court and sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
