Binghamton residents are starting a local campaign to ban racial profiling

Organizers say they plan a door-to-door campaign to highlight lack of oversight and accountability for police agencies.

Binghamton resident Ebony Jackson says the City Police Department needs better training in dealing with diverse communities.

The Commission says the petition campaign will continue for several months.
