Owego Car Breakins Investigated

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials are asking for help in tracking down a man seen on surveillance video breaking into vehicles in the Town of Owego.

The break-ins on East Campville Road happened at around 1 a-m June 23.

The suspect is white and was wearing a dark baseball hat and a short sleeve shirt at the time.
