Oneonta DWI Arrest Reports Blood Alcohol Content at .16%

An Oneonta man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level at twice the legal limit.

New York State Police say 27 year old Jeffrey Edwards was stopped for speeding on State Highway 28 in Oneonta May 8.

Troopers say a search of Edwards’ vehicle turned up four grams of marijuana.

Officials say Edwards registered a blood alcohol level of .16% and was found to be driving with a suspended license.

He’s charged with drunk driving and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Edwards has been ordered to appear in Town of Oneonta Court at a later date.
