Norwich Man Arrested for Heroin Sales

A Norwich man is being charged in connection with a lengthy investigation into the sale of heroin in the area conducted by the Chenango County Sheriff’s office.

Authorities arrested 31 year old Fitim Latifi at his home on Sheldon Street August 28 on four counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Investigators accuse Latifi of selling heroin in the Norwich area on at least four separate occasions.

He was jailed on $25,000 bail.
