A Tioga County woman faces several charges after she allegedly left a vehicle blocking a roadway.

Authorities say 31-year-old Renee Rennells of Red Brush Road, Nichols, lost control of the vehicle on Halsey Valley Road in the town of Tioga.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, the vehicle struck an embankment.

Investigators say Rennells left the vehicle blocking the northbound lane of the roadway, creating a hazardous condition.

The woman also is accused of not reporting the crash to police.

Authorities say the woman's New York State driver license had been suspended.

Rennells was ordered to appear in Tioga town court next Wednesday.
