Nephew is Accused of Stealing from his Uncle.

New York State Police say they have arrested a Binghamton man for allegedly stealing $1,700 worth of property from his uncle’s home.

37 year old Jess Henehan, Sr. was arrested August 24 and charged with felony grand larceny.

He’s accused of swiping an all-terrain vehicle, power tools, yard tools and other items from his uncle’s home in Colesville.

He was released after arraignment to wait for his next court date.
