Man Jailed After Johnson City Dispute

A Binghamton man was arrested following a reported dispute with a woman in Johnson City.

Village police say 46-year-old Seth West was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony,

Authorities say West was accused of slashing two tires on a vehicle belonging to the woman.

Police say West was arraigned in Johnson City village court and sent to Broome County Jail.
