Man Arrested in Cortland County Bowling Alley Altercation

A 36 year old man is accused of causing a ruckus at a Cortlandville bowling alley then hurting himself banging his head against a window in the Sheriff’s Department patrol car.

Deputies arrested William Greenwood after receiving a complaint about a man getting into an altercation at the Cortlanes Bowling Alley and damaging a glass display case.

Authorities say the man refused to leave the business and was taken into custody.

Greenwood is charged with criminal mischief, harassment, criminal trespass and criminal tampering.
