Libous, Starzak To Debate On “Binghamton Now”
Thomas Libous and Anndrea Starzak have agreed to discuss issues facing New York State's 52nd Senate District in an appearance on WNBF Radio's Binghamton Now program.
Libous, a Binghamton Republican, was first elected to the Senate in 1988.
Starzak, a Vestal Democrat, is a former Vestal town supervisor.
The candidates are scheduled to participate in a wide-ranging debate on Friday, October 10. The discussion is to be broadcast live from WNBF's downtown Binghamton studio from 10:10 to 11 a.m.
