Police agencies have to come up with plans to address issues like diversity, dealing with mental health issues, community policing and use of force by April 1 or their municipalities risk losing New York State Funding.

The Johnson City Police survey is at www.surveymonkey.com/r/jcpolice2021. The link can also be found on the J.C. Police website at www.jcnypd.org and on the police Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.

The survey is available through February 15.
