Johnson City Man Charged With Sex Abuse

A Johnson City man is being accused in connection with a five year old child sex abuse investigation.

68 year old Theodore Horton was arrested October 22 by Broome County Sheriff's officials in connection with allegations that he had sexual contact with a child under the age of 11 in 2010 in the Town of Maine.

Horton is charged with felony sexual abuse and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
