A Binghamton man could spend up to 15 years in prison following his conviction on drug charges.

25 year old James Thomas was convicted in Broome County Court of two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of evidence tampering for trying to flush heroin he intended to sell down a toilet at a home on Howard Street in Binghamton.

The raid happened in February of last year.
