Gusto Celebration in Endicott

Endicott held its 9th Annual Gusto Celebration "A Taste of Little Italy Endicott" over the weekend.  Many residents and visitors celebrated the end of summer and the Italian heritage of Endicott with a block party at the corner of Oak Hill Avenue and Witherill Street near the George W. Johnson Park.

The block party was held Friday night and drew a large crowd who turned out to hear musical entertainment and enjoy lots of delicious Italian foods including spiedies and traditional baked goods at various booths and vendor displays as well as at the Sons of Italy.

Saturday evening St. Anthony of Padua Church presented "Mass on the Grass" at The Stage at Little Italy.  The outdoor event also drew a large crowd.
