An Endicott man will be sentenced in June after pleading guilty in the hit and run death of one man and the injuring of another last September in the City of Binghamton.

29 year old Kevin Buie pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter and assault in the death of 35 year old Jonathan Prat and the injuring of 33 year old Joseph Dirig.

The two men had been walking in the area of Main and Front Street when police say Buie ran a red light while making a left turn from Main onto Front.

Buie also pleaded guilty to burglary for breaking into an ex-girlfriend's apartment and attacking her last August.

Buie could face up to 16 years in prison.
