Glen Aubrey Church Treasurer Accused of Stealing Thousands

A Kirkwood man is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the Glen Aubrey Baptist Church 

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 60 year old Michael Hurd is charged with felony grand larceny.

Authorities say Hurd is accused of stealing over three-thousand dollars while he served as treasurer for the church and used the money to buy personal items for himself.

Hurd was released to await his next court appearance following his arraignment in Town of Nanticoke Court.
