WNBFand fellow Townsquare Media radio stations are collecting non-perishable food items to help CHOW feed hungry people in our community.  The  Food-A-Bago is located at MAINESOURCE Food and Party Warehouse, 1018 Upper Front Street, Binghamton.  The Food-A-Bago is presented by Tall Pines Farm Stoves and Fireplaces and is a large 35-foot camper from Jim's RV in Nichols.

We are looking to fill the Food-A-Bago with food items for CHOW.  With the holidays coming up the the need for nutritional food and balanced meals dramatically increases.  When schools take their Christmas break students who often rely on meals from the cafeteria  may have to do without the quality and balance they have been able to get.

CHOW is requesting various non-perishable food items.  Cereal and oatmeal are two items that are especially needed.   Canned soup, spaghetti sauce, peanut butter and low-sugar foods for those who must watch their sugar intake  are all requested.

The Food-A-Bago will be at MAINSOURCE on Upper Front Street through Monday morning.  Various WNBF personalities and volunteers are on hand during the day and during non-staffed hours CHOW has large barrels available for drop-offs.  The CHOW food drive also has satellite collection locations at Tall Pines Farm Stoves and Fireplaces, Route 167, Kingsley, Pa as well as Warner's Gas Service on Vestal Road, Vestal and Conklin Road, Conklin.
