Felony Pot Charges in Cortland

A Cortland man is accused of dealing marijuana from his Cortland Park apartment.

The Cortland County Drug Task Force searched 31 year old Geronimo Harrison’s apartment Friday, April 15 and found several packets of marijuana in various gram weights, ready for sale, packaging material, drug paraphernalia and cash.

Harrison is charged with three felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and a violation count of unlawful possession of marijuana.

He was sent to the Cortland County Jail on $20,000 bail.
