Endwell Woman Arrested for DWI In Cortland County

Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies say they found an Endwell woman driving with a blood alcohol level at more than twice the legal limit when she crashed a car on Route 392 in the Town of Virgil at 10:54 a.m. January 30.

Authorities say 55 year old Debra Guy showed signs of being intoxicated and her blood alcohol level was measured at .19%.

Guy is charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content at more than point-oh-eight percent and speeding.

She’s been ordered to appear in Town of Virgil Court February 24.
