Endwell Woman Accused of Dealing Drugs in Owego

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say an Endwell woman is accused of selling heroin from a home on Temple Street in the Village of Owego earlier this year.

28 year old Summer Drury was found on East Main Street in Endwell and arrested July 30.

She’s charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $2,500 dollars bail.
