Endicott Man Charged With Sex Abuse

An Endicott  man is being charged with two counts of criminal sex act and two counts of sex abuse.

Village police say the felony counts are the result of accusations that 50 year old Robert Hammond had sexual contact with a girl under the age of 13 on several occasions.

Hammond, whose last known address was on Dudley Avenue but currently lists no permanent address, was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
