A neighborhood association is stepping in to collect donations for a Liberty Street, Binghamton family that lost everything in a electrical fire earlier this month.

North Side Roots will be taking donations at the Lee Barta Community Center at 108 Liberty Street.

Donations of kitchen items like pots, silverware and dishes, bedding items like full sheets, twin sheets, blankets, Pack and Play crib and clothing: boys' size 2T, pants size 7, shoes size 8 1/2 and shoes size 2C, girls' clothing 18-24 months and shoes size 5C Adult clothing: men's pants 38X30 and 32X30, men's shirts sized M, L and XL, men's size 11 shoes, women's pants size 16-18 and XL, women's shirts size l and XL and women's shoes sizes 6 1/2 and 8 1/2.

Donations can be dropped off at the center July 1 from 3-6:30 p.m. and July 2 from 3-5 p.m.
