Death Investigation in Chenango County Leads to Drug Bust

Chenango County Sheriff’s officials say a City of Norwich man is accused of selling drug following an investigation that began in the Town of Plymouth.

Officials say on August 5th they investigated an unattended death in the town and found packets of heroin at the scene.

22 year old Stephen Reilly is accused of selling ten packets of heroin two days earlier to the person who died.

Reilly is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $30,000 bail.
